1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Komodoro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. Komodoro provides a Pomodoro focus timer with mechanical keyboard acoustic feedback.

2. Use of the App

Komodoro is designed to enhance productivity. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or audio assets of the App.
• Use automated systems (bots) to "farm" focus credits.
• Redistribute or sell any premium switch sound profiles.

3. Focus Credits & Virtual Goods

The App uses a virtual currency called "Credits" to unlock switch profiles and customization options. Credits are earned through active focus sessions or via in-app purchases. Credits have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Acoustic Feedback (Keystrokes)

The App monitors keyboard activity to provide acoustic feedback. Komodoro does NOT record, log, or store the specific characters typed. It only detects timing and actuation frequency to play the corresponding sound effects. Your actual typed content remains private and stays on your device.

5. User Accounts

To use social features like leaderboards, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our community standards.
